HEARINGS/REGULAR/SPECIAL CALLED MEETINGS
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the requirements of Section 551.041 of the Texas Government Code, that the Board of Directors of the Plum Creek Conservation District will hold a Regularly Scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 21st, 2024. The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. and will be held at the PCCD office located at 1101 W. San Antonio, Lockhart, TX. Matters discussed and actions taken will be pursuant to powers granted the District as a Water Control and Improvement District pursuant to Chapters 49 and 51 of the Texas Water Code and as a Groundwater Conservation District pursuant to Chapters 49 and 36 of the Texas Water Code. A member of the public shall be allowed to address the PCCD Board of Directors regarding an agenda item before or during the Board’s consideration of the item. Forms will be made available in which to request the submission of one’s comments regarding a Board agenda item. During the meeting, the Board reserves the right to go into executive session for any purpose authorized under the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, for any item on this agenda or otherwise authorized by law. No final actions will be taken in an executive session.
